DESCPRIPTION OF PROJECT
This project comprised the management of an Operating Fund in 22 municipal water utilities. Furthermore, technical support and training (stock keeping, water quality control, installation of pipes, valves and water meters), management support (financial accounting, setting of water tariffs, collection of fees, budgeting) was provided and a Management Information System was established and IT Systems installed.

The performance of the water utilities was audited every four months and compared to pre-established benchmarks.
